included in service prices:
change bedding (additional charge may be needed if there is a large amount of laundry and laundry prolongs finishing the service of the property).it is best to have the guest strip the units and start the bedding and we can handle the rest. dust and sanitize all surfaces, clean all mirrors, clean toliet, sink, tub, and shower, spot clean walls, doors, and light switches, remove all trash and left behind items, wash and inspect all dishes, clean refrigerator and oven (additional fee may be needed if more than the normal), clean all countertops, microwave, and appliances, vacuum rugs and carpet, sweep and mop

Monthly services:
• $120 per cleaning (studio-1bed/1bath)

- $200 per cleaning (5bed/2bath-5bed/4bath)

each service includes 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, and 1 den/sitting room any additional room will be an additional fee, 1 bed per room is included addition bed will be $10 each. please keep in mind not every house is the same so it is possible that your service can be a little higher depending on the condition of the home if it is more work to be done than normal. if a service is skipped it can also change the price of the routine service depending on the condition the home is in.
the first service will be a higher price because it will be a deep clean and depending on the condition of the home the average deep clean starts at $250.00 some homes won’t need a deep clean on the first visit but that is accessed when the estimate is being done. deep cleanings are double the price of your regular service price as long as you have been consistent with you service plan. but that does not include windows.
missed services may require an additional fee at the time of your next service depending on the condition of the home.
Routine services include:
• Clean countertops
• Clean stove top • Clean sink and faucet
• Clean appliances • Spot clean outside cabinets
• Sweep and mop floors • Vacuum carpet and rugs
• Clean outside refrigerator and oven
• Clean windowsills • Dust furniture
• Change sheets one bed per room is included
• Clean mirrors • Empty trash
• Clean toilet/sink/tub/shower
• Anything else would be an additional charge unless it was added at the time your cleaning agreement was made.
Additional items:
• Clean out refrigerator $25 • Clean out oven $25
• Baseboards $20 • Ceiling fans $5 per fan
• Windows $5 for each window for one side and $10 for both
• Blinds $5 for each blind
